No Internet Access?
Here are some steps to take if your iPad is not connecting to Internet off-campus.
First; Go through the basic troubleshooting steps — Try turning your device off/on and check your wireless settings to make sure the correct network is selected. If this doesn’t work, try out the tips in our troubleshooting guide on the grlearners2leaders.org webpage.
If you are still unsuccessful, contact: L2Lhelp@dogrschools.org. This email is monitored until approximately 10 PM every evening and will be routed to the correct support person.
Moodle — Apps Knowledgebase (log in as a guest or student)
It is advised that students stay updated with the newest Apple operating system. Information regarding this process is available at grlearners2leaders.org
If an iPad is lost, stolen or simply hiding in a couch cushion, there are two ways to search for said device.
On your own:
Settings > icloud > find my ipad

Via L2L tech support:
Airwatch app MUST be open at all times. Select the Airwatch app on your iPad and just leave it open all the time. Don’t swipe up to close.
iPad Settings (gear icon on iPad) > privacy > location services — make sure Airwatch is in the list and set to ‘always’ (iOS8)
