The Admissions Process
Welcome to Catholic Central’s admission’s hub. We are so glad that you are here! If you follow these 4 Simple Steps below, we hope you will soon be a Cougar. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Jackie Stetson, our Director of Admissions. You may reach her at firstname.lastname@example.org or at 616-233-5802. We are excited for you to start your journey here with us!
1. Take the High School Placement Test (incoming freshmen only).
The HSPT measures cognitive skills in reading mathematics, science, and language as well as verbal and quantitative skills. Check the HSPT page for upcoming dates and the HSPT registration form.
2. Apply by completing and submitting the Application for Admission
After you have completed the HSPT and submitted your application, the Admissions Committee will review your file. Letters of acceptance will be mailed in early February. Accepted students will receive a packet containing all paperwork required to enroll. Information about financial aid is also included.
3. Enroll at Catholic Central by submitting the required paperwork from your acceptance packet and the $100 enrollment fee to the Business Office.
4. Register for classes with the Guidance Office. Course registration takes place in March and April. You will receive a tuition statement in May informing you of any financial aid.
