7th & 8th Grade Strength & Conditioning

This 5-week program will help athletes build confidence as they learn the principals to proper weight lifting and the importance of strength training, in conjunction with overall fitness conditioning. This program will be taught by Jess VandenBerg, Strength and Conditioning Coach for Catholic Central.

June 19th through July 26th (off 4th of July week) Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:30 am to 11:30 am at the CAT (2700 Knapp St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525). Registration cost is $60. Click Here to download the registration form.
