On this day:   June 5, 2004 Ronald Wilson Reagan, the 40th president of the United States, dies, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. Reagan, who was also a well-known actor and served as governor of California, was a popular president known for restoring American confidence after the problems of the 1970s and helping to defeat communism.

Cougar Gear – Due to heavy demand, there will be a Cougar Gear sale on Saturday, June 10th from 10 am-1 pm at the Cougar Stadium store location (2770 Knapp St NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49525.)  Items available are from our 2016-2017 inventory. We will be marking some of those items down to make room for our new inventory. (New items will be available on Community Day in August.)
*New Cougars* — you will need CC tees for summer workouts. Come get some while they’re on sale! Only June 10thand only while supplies last!

Service Hours – Any service hours you complete during the summer will count toward next school year.  Please take some service forms home for over your summer break.
Class of 2018 – Please turn in your COREX Registration to the Main Office.

Tennis – boys and girls JV tennis players have a brochure for In The Zone Tennis to pick up in the main office.

Kids Food Basket Youth Action Board  Applications for the 17-18 school year are available online!  This is a great leadership opportunity, and colleges and employers look upon it favorably on resumes! See photos of students by clicking here. For the new application click: New Member Application The deadline to apply is June 30. We will be notifying all applicants mid-July.

Eucharistic Minister Training Training is being offered for students at least 16 years of age by next school year to be Eucharistic Ministers at our school Masses.  You must also be a confirmed and practicing Catholic.  Training isWednesday, June 7 from 11:15-12:45 in Mr. Kennedy’s room, N204.  Signups are available in your religion classes.

Haiti Trip – Planning has started for the 2018 Haiti trip.  More information can be found at http://haitimission.yolasite.com   Please contact Tim Ryan at tim@haitineedsyou.com if you have an interest in traveling with this team.
