ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2025

GOLD OUT THIS FRIDAY - September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. To support the cause, we will hold our first Gold Out Game vs. EGR. Mirabelle Boivin, a junior at CC, initiated the idea through her family's involvement with the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. They have been doing this work since Mirabelle's older brother Julian, died at the age of 5 years old from DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gilioma-a terminal and the deadliest of all pediatric cancers). The Boivin Family has raised over $1M for pediatric cancer research and her family became an official partner with ChadTough in 2020. Mirabelle's mom, Nettie (Casarez) Boivin, and Katie (Bowen) Millman are Catholic Central Alumni (Class of 1995) and are helping to coordinate the effort between both schools. For more information, check out the videos below.
