Today, 587 Catholic Central students and staff stepped out of the classroom and into communities across West Michigan for our annual Serve-a-Thon.

Together, our Cougars served at 26 sites, partnering with organizations including God’s Kitchen, Mel Trotter Ministries, Trinity Health, Senior Neighbors, Safe Haven Ministries, and many others.

As Alyssa Yost ’27 shared, “The most important thing about Serve-a-Thon and service in general is the lasting impact it leaves on you and the others that you serve.”

From serving meals to supporting nonprofits, health care organizations, and community partners, our students spent the day putting their faith into action and learning from those who serve our community every day.

We’re grateful to the organizations who welcomed our students and gave them the opportunity to live out our mission beyond the walls of Catholic Central. What a blessing to serve alongside so many who give their time and talents to our community!
