Parents of 9th–11th graders – Registration packets are due today, February 27. Students should return their signed packet to the counseling office. After today, counselors will not be able to make changes to course selections unless cleared by CC Administration.

Parents of 9th graders – Counselors visited freshmen in Academic Strategies and Master Skills to present a career lesson on career zones and aligning interests, values, and post–high school education with today’s job market. Students completed two career assessments in SCOIR. Please ask your student to log in to SCOIR and share their results with you.

Parents of 10th-12th graders - your student completed similar career assessments during 9th grade, and results can still be found in your student’s SCOIR account. Please ask your student to log in to their SCOIR account and share the results of their career assessments with you. In addition, students completed a third career assessment through YouScience in 10th grade. Please have your student log in to youscience.com to access the results of this assessment and share them with you.

Parents of Juniors – CC pays for and registers all 11th-grade students to take an official SAT each spring. The Class of 2027 will take the SAT at school on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. Juniors may choose to take additional SAT tests on official test dates by registering through their individual College Board accounts.
