May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Throughout the month, students will be encouraged to care for themselves and one another through activities focused on supporting mind, body, and spirit.
Earlier this year, our community joined the USCCB in praying a Novena for Mental Health as part of the National Catholic Mental Health Campaign, which seeks to reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges and raise awareness of this important issue.
The counseling department has several activities planned throughout May to continue fostering awareness, support, and healthy habits within our school community.
Stay tuned for additional opportunities and resources.
