Homecoming Week Theme Days:

Theme days are meant to be fun and promote school spirit throughout the week. Starting this year, participating in theme days will also be a house competition! Each day of homecoming week, students who have dressed in the theme of the day will check in during lunch. The house with the highest percentage of participants each day will earn the most house cup points for that day. Adults will be the final determinant of if student dress fits within the theme.

As always, students must continue to adhere to the dress code expectations laid out in the student handbook, with certain exceptions noted for some theme days. Full guidelines can be found in the handbook, but a few are highlighted below;

• Students may not wear shorts or skirts other than uniform shorts and skirts
• Clothing may not reference drugs, alcohol, sex, profanity, or polarising topics in written or visual form
• Sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
• Spandex, leggings, or stretch/yoga pants are not allowed

Homecoming Dance Information:

• Theme: Pirates and Pearls
• Open To: 10th-12th grade Catholic Central students and guests with a guest pass
• Date: Saturday, October 3rd
• Time: 8 p.m.-11 p.m.
• Location: Cougar Stadium at the CAT
• Ticket Cost: $20 cash or check made out to Catholic Central
  
  • Ticket Sales: Sept 30th-October 2nd at lunches
• Guest Passes: Picked up from Main Office and turned in by Friday, September 25th

Important Safety Information:

• As with all school events, no alcohol, tobacco, vapor products, or alternative nicotine products are allowed in any way. As an added safety and preventative measure, randomly selected students will be breathalyzed at the door.
• No limo or party bus transportation to the dance is allowed.
• Doors close to the dance at 9 p.m. and no one will be allowed in after this time.
• There is no re-entry; after students leave, they will not be allowed back in.
