On Tuesday, September 24, Catholic Central will hold our annual Serve-a-thon. Students should arrive at school at their regular time and will be dismissed at approximately 1:30 pm.

This important day allows our entire school community to live out our mission of service by supporting the greater Grand Rapids community at more than 30 different service sites. If 95% of our student body participates, students will earn an incentive day off on Thursday, October 10.

Please ask your student where their Coram Deo group is assigned to serve and assist them in dressing appropriately for their location and type of service.

Lunch Options:

‍

Students may purchase lunch at Catholic Central as usual.

Students are also welcome to bring a lunch from home.

Schedule for the Day:

‍

8:00 am – Coram Deo groups meet, attendance taken

8:15 am – Prayer service at the Cathedral

8:50 am – Begin loading buses

9:00 am–12:30 p.m. – Service at assigned sites

12:45 pm – Lunch and group debrief in Coram Deo

1:30 pm – Attendance and dismissal
