MARCH FOR LIFE - We have filled the first bus traveling to D.C. for the March for Life and the 2nd bus has its first seats spoken for. Please see Mrs. Lambert with the $100 deposit if you would like to reserve your spot. If you have any questions, please come see Mrs. Lambert in room 510.

COUGAR GEAR - The Cougar Gear Store has moved to the “Downtown Den” and will be open 3 times this week for your holiday shopping! Stop by to see the new store and grab gifts for your favorite Cougars. The store is located in the downtown gym building to the left inside the lobby

SHAKESPEARE - Hither, high school friends, and lend thine ears! Thou art invited to a Shakespeare Showcase! Hark! We are pleased to invite thee to an interactive workshop designed to explore the powerful rhythmic genius of William Shakespeare using monologues and sonnets and short scenes. Whether a seasoned performer or a curious soul new to the Bard's work, this invite will hone thy ability to read, understand, and fully perform his vibrant text. All the world's a stage, and we invite you to take your place upon it!

  • Date: January 16,17
  • Time: TBD
  • Location: Aquinas circle theatre
  • Purpose: To participate in 4 master class preparatory rehearsals to hone your selection(s) in early January and deepen thy connection to character and text, exploring how original staging conditions influence performance choices.
  • What to Bring: We prithee, advise Mr Topie of thy favorite monologue, sonnet, or scene to work upon

To Confirm Thy Presence - We ask that you choose a scene and partner(s) or monologue or sonnet that you will attempt to memorize!! .. then Kindly confirm thy interest and planned attendance by Friday December 19 via email (Njtopie@gmail.com). EXAM STUDY TABLES - Crammin’ with Cookies Exam Study Tables, hosted by NHS, will be held on the 2nd Floor Student Center, and all students are welcome to stop by to study or get help before exams. Sessions will run on the dates below. We recommend bringing a snack, but don’t worry, cookies will be provided!
